This area is located in Val Bormida and runs along the road that connects the motorway exit of Millesimo to the town of Cengio.

F.I.L.S.E. S.p.A. acquired the area with the revolving fund art. 4, lett. f of the law L.R. n. 33/2002 as subsequently amended and supplemented. This fund was destined to acquire, recover and build, thanks to FI.L.S.E. S.p.A., areas and buildings, destined to the settlement of companies, which have its operational headquarters in the industrial district or belong to the sectoral projects linked to a production specialisation. The 1st lot of interventions on the external infrastructure and on the idraulic system has been completed. The next two lots of interventions are the internal viability, parking lots (2nd lot) and the construction of industrial warehouses and the restorarion of the existing one (3rd lot). Implementing body of the 1st lot is the IPS S.c.p.a. company – FI.L.S.E. group S.p.A. The 2nd and 3rd lot could be directly realized by the acquiring companies. |
