This property, acquired in part under the Federalismo Demaniale regime, consists of two buildings and land of irregular shape on the edge of the roadway of Via del Parodi with a sloping terrain.

The first building, built in the 1980s, was used as a summer camp for children and as a senior citizens' centre; it has a rectangular shape on a single above-ground floor built on several levels so as to follow the contours of the surrounding land. The total surface area (approx. 279 sq. m.) is thus divided: on the south-west side there are two communicating rooms with separate entrances connected to the sanitary facilities; on the north-east side there is a kitchen, pantry, sanitary facilities and three rooms that can be used for meetings and parties. This block, built on several levels, has independent access and is about 1.50 m lower than the previous one with which there are no internal connections. Also attached is a portico of approximately 112 sq. m. and a small artefact to be used as an oven.

The other building - dating back to the 1930s - is smaller in size and was already used in the 1960s as the home of the council forester. It consists of two above-ground floors (ground and first), covering approximately 100 sq. m., comprising a large room on the ground floor plus two small rooms (bathroom and storage) and a slate staircase (internal h. 2.75 m). On the first floor, there are three windowed rooms and a small balcony. The building has substandard installations and no heating system; it is generally in a poor state of repair.

For both buildings, the drainage systems and in particular the areas where the sewage is collected should be checked.
