The property is located in the east part of the city, a few hundred metres from Vernazzola beach, to the east of Boccadasse. This property was built under the viaduct of via Caprera near Piazza Cadevilla.

The plant is divided into three floors above ground and they all face north. This is why they are not really well-lit, also due to of a covered veranda on the ground floor, which was built in front of the building. There are two entrances, one brings you directly to the ground floor (where there is also a storage room) and the other brings you to the superior floors through the staircase. This is a residential contest with a modest commercial activity, there is a good quantity of available parking areas on the large adjacent square.

Nowadays the property is empty, even if it hosted for a long period of time a restaurant.
